Bernie and his apprentice came out the next day, and fixed the window–no kidding–in a little over half an hour. Though my windows are old and beat to crap, they were able to replace the glass with little effort, much skill and aplomb.

Bernie reminds me of the good, old fashioned kind of Brooklyn, where people take pride in there work, no bs.

I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Bernie.
